At Sparkle Lighting, we want your home to shine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the lighting fixtures in their original packaging, ensuring all bulbs, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
